Policies & Agreement
1. Attendance & Conduct
Students must arrive on time (9:00 AM). Respectful behavior towards teachers, staff, and peers is mandatory. Disruptive behavior may lead to dismissal without a refund.
2. Refund Policy
Fees are NOT refundable except in cases of documented medical emergencies.
3. Health & Safety
Parents must inform the school of any allergies or medical conditions. Students showing signs of illness must stay home. Medical emergencies will be handled by contacting the parent/guardian immediately.
4. Lunch
Lunch is provided for full-day enrollment only. Students may bring their own lunch (no fee discount). No sharing of food due to allergy concerns.
5. Pick-Up & Drop-Off
Only authorized persons may pick up students. Late pick-ups (beyond 15 minutes after session end) will incur a $5.00 late fee per 15-minute increment.
6. Electronics & Personal Belongings
Personal electronics must remain off during class time. The school is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
7. Dress Code
Students must wear comfortable clothing and sneakers for physical education. No open-toed shoes.
8. Medication
If a student requires medication during session hours, parents must complete a separate Medication Authorization Form. Staff are not permitted to administer non-emergency medication without authorization.
9. Severe Weather & Emergency Closures
In the event of extreme weather or emergency, the program may close. Parents will be notified via email/SMS. No refunds for weather-related closures.
10. Photo & Video Release
By enrolling, you grant Bethel Classical Academy permission to photograph and video record your child for promotional use. To opt out, email admin@bethelclassical.org before the program start date.
11. Dismissal Policy
The school reserves the right to dismiss students who continuously disrupt classes or violate policies, without a refund.
